Our Story

From a young age, I was surrounded by the aroma of home-cooked meals, as cooking was a cherished tradition in my family. Growing up, I often watched my relatives craft delicious dishes, and it was in these moments that my passion for cooking began to simmer. However, it wasn't until I saw the joy my food brought to others that my love for cooking truly ignited.

The spark turned into a blazing fire when my parents decided to open their own food truck and restaurant. I eagerly jumped in to help whenever I was in town, learning the ropes and perfecting my culinary skills. It was during this time that I truly understood the impact of good food—it wasn’t just about the flavors, but about the happiness it could bring to people's faces.

Unexpectedly losing my father, who had always encouraged me to take the leap and start my own food truck. His belief in me and his words of encouragement have become the driving force behind my determination to build this business. In honoring his memory, I am more committed than ever to sharing my love for food with the world.
